As concerns with the COVID-19 crisis continue, Parris and Associates is committed to providing the safest care for our patients in accordance with recommendations from local public health officials and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
In compliance with the Governor’s Shelter-In-Place orders for elderly and immunocompromised patients and for the safety of our patients and staff, we are limiting our in-office appointments and instead offering telemedicine/telehealth appointments. A telemedicine visit will allow us to assist our patients from the safety of their home. If patients choose a telemedicine visit, our administrative staff will provide detailed instructions. Patients can also reach our office by phone and through portal messages.
We will have limited office visits each week for urgent cases. Our office visits will be held at our Lilburn location. We will continue infusions and all infusions will be moved to our Lilburn location. We will continue our safety measures with screening temperatures and a questionnaire when patients arrive for appointments. Patients may be asked to return home or get further evaluation at a designated location.
For the safety of patients who are seen in our office, we are continuing our safety measures by frequently cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, rest rooms, and waiting areas.
We do ask that you continue follow the recommendations of the CDC including:
Until further notice, our Suwanee satellite location will be closed, and patients can choose to be rescheduled to a telemedicine appointment or rescheduled to an office visit on a later date.
This is an evolving process and we will continue to provide you with more details and any changes to our process in the office. We apologize for any inconvenience that our temporary changes have caused. Thank you for continuing to put your faith in Parris and Associates.
